I loved so much about this property. the staff really made it. Chris working the night shifts was always so pleasant to talk to, and informative with excellent English. As was Newton who was great, and the whole team. They couldn’t do enough for you. The whole hotel smelt absolutely wonderful. The breakfast was fantastic, they didn’t have any oats out amongst the bountiful things they did had , but when I asked they did me some oats for me. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds we slept on while we’ve been away for a month , it was like a cloud. These things really made it such a brilliant stay.

It is located in the Old Town which is an excellent location. The staff are very nice, helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean.

We are a family of four, with two kids aged 15 and 11. We've stayed at the grand family room with a private balcony. Location! It's almost walking distance to everything. The room was clean,smelled good ,neat and tidy on our arrival. As a frequent traveller, I can assure you that they have one of the most comfiest bed and pillows 😁. Staff was friendly and very helpful. They offer complimentary drinking water every day. The best thing was, they have complimentary tea time at their restaurant every day, which my kids really enjoyed. I loved the spring water pool. Oh, and another thing, I loved to sit outside at the verandah and listen to the many birds singing. It brought joy to my soul🥰 all in all. Great job, guys! Great hospitality. Keep up the good work 👏 🙌 👍

Well, it's in the old town itself, great location, near to lots of cafes, restaurants and attractions/temples. Rental motorbikes are easily available within walking distance. Started off with a pick up from the airport, staffs are helpful and welcoming. The hotel has its own leisure pool and a gym. Rooms are clean, spacious room and cozy. Comfortable bed as well. Breakfast was just alright.

Breakfast is really good with a lot of choices. Staffs are friendly and attentive. It is located in the Old Town and close to main attractions. Two minutes walking distance to Sunday Might Market.

We had a wonderful stay here, it could not have been better. The location in the heart of the old town makes it accessible to all the major temples as well as good shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was top-notch, different dishes daily and all were done extremely well. We also loved the complimentary afternoon tea and 10-minute neck-and-shoulder massages daily. Our rooms were spacious and beautiful. Best of all was the stellar service from each and every one of the staff who truly made us feel welcome and at home. It goes without saying that we will definitely be back to stay here when we're in Chiang Mai next!

Excellent breakfast, low or no chlorine pool, spacious well designed and equipped room. The afternoon tea, massage and well stocked mini bar were all unexpected free benefits. I'm struggling to think how it could have been better. Plenty of craft beer and other local produce available within easy walking distance.

This hotel was so charming. The staff were attentive and friendly. Our room was clean and provided everything we could ask for. The daily breakfast was a veritable feast, and the coffee was excellent. The pool is a private little oasis that was refreshing and elegant. They offered an afternoon tea, but we always missed it due to our daily excursions. This hotel is located within walking distance to several temples.

Very relaxing, lots of greenery, ambient music, pleasant scents. Very "zen". The pool is very nice and zen as well. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. Amazing breakfast. It had standard American food which made my wife happy, while also including a large number of tasty Thai dishes which rotated every day. The restaurant is also good. I tried several of the local specialty dishes and they were all delicious. The airport pickup was good as well. They have a nice SUV which made for a comfortable ride.
